Thank you for shopping with MVGroupUSA. Because all our products are custom printed to order, we have a limited return policy. Please read below for details.

Custom Orders

All items are made to order and printed with your logo. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or ordering errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
